3. Intellectual Property Rights

- 3.2. By submitting an article to LawfulTalks.net, Contributors grant LawfulTalks.net a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the article on the LawfulTalks.net platform.
- 3.3. Contributors warrant that their article submissions do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Content Guidelines
- 4.1. Articles submitted to LawfulTalks.net must be original works created by the Contributor and should be the sole owner of all rights to the Article including, but not limited to, copyright and intellectual property rights.
- 4.2. Contributors must ensure that their articles are accurate, factual, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- 4.3. LawfulTalks.net reserves the right to remove any article that violates its content guidelines or is deemed inappropriate or offensive.
5. Indemnification
- 5.1. Contributors agree to indemnify and hold harmless LawfulTalks.net, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and any other member of Lawfultalks.net from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the Contributor's article submissions including, but not limited to, any claims of infringement of intellectual property rights or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Termination
- 6.1. LawfulTalks.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Contributor's access to article submission services at any time and for any reason with or without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
- 7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- 7.2. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
8. Lawyer / Professional Ethics Notice
- 8.1. If you are a lawyer/professional and you participate in any aspect of this website, you acknowledge that the rules of professional conduct apply to all aspects of your participation, and you will comply with these rules.
- 8.2. The rules include, but are not limited to, rules relating to advertising, solicitation of customers, unauthorized practice of your respective profession and misrepresentation.

- 9.2. LawfulTalks.net may modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Contributors are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Failure by LawfulTalks.net to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision.
- 9.3. LawfulTalks.net reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. If modified or discontinued, any information submitted by you and others may be lost.
- 9.4. You agree to maintain a permanent record of all information provided to us and you agree that all information submitted to us is at your own risk.
- 9.5. You agree that we are not responsible for the deletion or failure to store any content maintained or transmitted by the Site, including but not limited to messages and other communications.
