4. Governing Law
- 4.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and is agreed to be entered into within the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without prejudice to any choice of rules or principles of law.
- 4.2. Any dispute with Lawfultalks.net shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Mumbai, India.
- 4.3. Neither party has objected to the dismissal or prosecution of any dispute in the courts of Mumbai, India
- 4.4. Any cause of action or claim you may have against Lawfultalks.net must be commenced within 3 months after it arises, except to the extent such dispute is unenforceable.
- 4.5. No failure or delay in exercising any right hereunder or failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall operate as a waiver of such right and may only be made in writing with a signature.
