Over the course of the day, three more entities followed suit, each seeking exclusive rights under Class 41, which covers entertainment, education, and cultural services.

Each application includes the phrase ‘proposed to be used’, indicating an intention to deploy it for commercial purposes. All filings were made under Class 41 — a category typically used by OTT platforms, broadcasters, production houses, and event organizers.
‘Operation Sindoor’ was launched by the Indian armed forces during the intervening night of May 6 and 7, targeting terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The operation follows the Pahalgam terror attack, in which 25 Indian nationals were killed.
