In a major step toward expanding judicial infrastructure, the Chief Justice and companion Judges of the High Court of Bombay will host a ceremonial event for the laying of the foundation stone for its upcoming High Court complex at Bandra-Kurla Complex on 5th November 2025, at 6:00 p.m.The ceremony will be graced by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Justice Bhushan R. Gavai, who will lay the foundation stone, in the august presence of Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra; Shri Ajit Pawar, Deputy Chief Minister; and Shri Eknath Sambhaji Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister.
The event, to be held at the Sports Ground opposite Y-Type Government Colony, Bandra (East), Mumbai, will be presided over by Hon’ble Justice Shree Chandrashekhar, Chief Justice of the High Court of Bombay. Also in attendance will be Dr. Birendra Saraf, Advocate General of Maharashtra; Shri Anil C. Singh, Additional Solicitor General of India.
