Judge Goes Viral for Savagely Putting Rioters in Their Place

Budget Airline no more
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered the liquidation of Go First Airways.
A bench consisting of Judicial Member Mahendra Khandelwal and Technical Member Dr. Sanjeev Ranjan granted approval to the Committee of Creditors' (CoC) of Go First's application for the liquidation of the bankrupt budget airline.

Go First, which filed for insolvency in May 2023, was unable to revive its operations. With no aircraft and no feasible recovery options, the CoC decided to proceed with liquidation in September 2024.
Dinkar Venkatasubramanian was appointed as the liquidator.
A detailed copy of the order is awaited.
