The Bombay Bar Association (BBA) has announced the third Advocacy Teacher Training Course (ATTC), set to take place this December organized with the support of the International Advocacy Training Council (IATC).

Program Details-

Dates and Timings:

- 29th November 2024: 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM

- 7th December 2024: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- 8th December 2024: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Attendance is mandatory on all days.

Venue:

Bombay High Court

Eligibility:

Open to BBA members, including applicants, who obtained their Sanad after 2019.

Available Seats:

Only 30 seats, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Process:

Interested candidates must complete the following steps to secure their participation:

1. Fill out the Google Form via the QR code provided in the official announcement.

2. Submit a refundable deposit of ₹2,500 at the BBA.

Registrations will remain open until all seats are filled.

Course Structure and Features:

Participants will undertake practical advocacy exercises, including:

- Conducting Examination-in-Chief

- Performing Cross-Examination

- Presenting Oral Arguments

The course materials will be provided in advance, ensuring all attendees are well-prepared.
