From Moots to Ministries: Law Grads Crack UPSC with Flying Colours

In a remarkable achievement, numerous law graduates from top institutions across India have excelled in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination 2024.

Among them, Manav Dhanetiya, an alumnus of National Law University, Delhi, who graduated in 2022, has earned an All India Rank (AIR) of 514, having previously achieved AIR 734 in the UPSC 2022.

Joining him is Namrata Jeph from the 2023 cohort of National Law University, Jodhpur (NLU), who has secured AIR 743.

Vishakha Kadam, a graduate from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS) from the class of 2021, has also made her mark with an AIR of 962.

Moksh Ranawat, a 2022 graduate of Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune, cleared UPSC with an All India Rank of 251.

Mohammed Haris Mir, a 2022 graduate of the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, achieved an All India Rank of 314.

Rhythm Kataria, a 2022 graduate of Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU), Lucknow, bagged the All India Rank 370.

Devansh Sarswat from the 2021 batch of SLS, Pune, cleared UPSC with an All India Rank of 374, while Isha Rani, a 2020 graduate of Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, has secured AIR 384.

Kshitij Sharma, a graduate of National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), secured an All India Rank of 58 and had previously secured AIR 384 in 2023.

Sumit Kumar Gupta, a 2022 graduate of WBNUJS, achieved an All India Rank of 200.

Dhwani Agarwal, a 2022 graduate from National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, has secured an All India Rank of 215.

Manthan Jindal, a 2019 graduate of WBNUJS, Kolkata, secured AIR 440, whereas Ishant Jaiswal, a 2021 graduate of WBNUJS, achieved an All India Rank of 442. Rupal Jaiswal, a 2020 graduate of Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune, cleared UPSC with an All India Rank of 512.

Hailing from Nanded, Maharashtra, Ayush Kokate from the Indian Law Society's Law College (ILS), Pune 2023 batch, secured AIR 513.

Finally, Abhisheel Jaiswal, a post-grad from the 2021 batch of National Law School of India University (NLSIU), has secured an All India Rank of 538.

The success of these law graduates in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024 showcases a rising trend of legal professionals excelling in competitive exams. Their impressive AIR rankings reflect their commitment, intellect, and perseverance in conquering one of India's toughest challenges.
